Created in 1993 by cancer activist Lilly Tartikoff, Revlon Chairman Ronald O. Perelman and the Entertainment Industry Foundation, the EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women has grown into one of the nation's largest 5K fundraising events for women challenged with breast and ovarian cancer. The 2010 events will be held on May 1 in New York City, and on May 8 in Los Angeles.

Through April 18th for New York, and April 25th for Los Angeles, participants can take advantage of an early Registration Fee of $30. Two weeks from either race day, the Registration Fee will be $35. Participants are also able to register on the day of the event beginning at 7:00am for $35. For further information or to register, please visit www.revlonrunwalk.org or call the event hotline at (212) 379-3199 or (310) 322-3344.

In 2009, more than 80,000 people turned out in New York and Los Angeles to support the Run/Walks. More than $55 million has been raised for women's cancer research, education and support programs.

Many celebrity volunteers also help by bringing incredible awareness and enthusiasm to our cause. In 2009, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Connelly, Jimmy Fallon, Miley Cyrus, Tish Cyrus, Carrie Ann Inaba, Beau Garrett, Marcia Cross, Jordana Brewster, Ciara, Michael Bolton and many others participated on race day.
